You will need to wait until the next billing cycle. You could also consider upgrading for a month and canceling which would then downgrade you to free for the next billing cycle.
Unfortunately if let everyone just ‘start over’ no one would have any reason to pay us, and thus we’d not even be able to offer our generous free plan.
