Cannot create or link to other jira projects, only default project works

We cannot create or link to other jira projects, only the default project works for jira ticket creation or linking.

How can we configure/allow creation/linking to any project on the jira instance?

We’ve since rebuilt the Jira integration using connect and will not be making any significant changes to the legacy plugin going forward.

I note that the connect plugin listed below only supports jira cloud, is there a version to support jira data centre?

Or a version that supports Sentry on premise? because once you log into jira cloud and install the sentry app, it asks you to login to sentry.io
