Can't find Fingerprint Rules in Sentry 9.1.2

Hello, we are using Sentry 9.1.2 and I trying to setup Fingerprint Rules.
As it stated in the docs it should be located Settings > Projects > [project] > Issue Grouping > Fingerprint Rules, but I see no Issue Grouping menu in the settings.

Does Sentry 9.1 has this feature or it was introduced in later version?
