[Error] Create new organization

When i try to create new organization (admin/root account) i get 401.

Oh, sentry default conf set to SENTRY_SINGLE_ORGANIZATION= True
Set -->
SENTRY_SINGLE_ORGANIZATION = False
<-- and add new organization will work
