on our self-hosted Sentry instance (https://errors.rami.io), we have a problem with some events from an iOS app being stuck under “Pending Issues” (“A required debug symbol file was missing”). However, I have already uploaded the required dSYM files (they are also visible in the list under “Debug Fnformation Files”) and the issues are still not processed. Does someone have an idea why this is not working?
I had another - probably unrelated - issue with uploading dSYMs (https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-cli/issues/257) and was told to contact support about this problem. I hope this is the right place.
