Our team is testing the sentry for organisation level usage and are currently testing Jira integration for automatic ticket creation.
When we are trying to create a new ticket from sentry, one of the mandatory fields is not returning any value when queried with probable options.
We are stuck here because the mandatory field cannot accept empty value and the query is not returning any.

Initially , we thought that it was an issue with the field name being customfield_1003 rather than Approver.But, the same query is working for another custom field.
