In JIRA, we have a custom field for issues. Called “billing type” with three options “None”, “hourly”, “fixed”.
When creating a ticket via Sentry, “None” is missing.
We’ll take a look at this, but of note we’re currently redoing the Jira integration. It’s been a bit painful historically to deal with all of the custom fields (some of which the API doesn’t seem to correctly report), and to make it easier we’re moving Jira to our new plugin architecture.
