Our team just noticed that a resolved event that resurfaces only notifies the resolver. I’m assuming this is a bug and not by design? This was very unexpected. I would much rather the team interested in a service also get notified about an issue if it crops up after marked resolve.
Resolved events should be notifying anyone participating per our workflow spec:

How old is the notification that you saw? We did push a fix earlier today that had some incorrect logic for identifying the participants.
