Sentry onpremise installation wipe/reset


how my current sentry installation is completely messed up. How do I completely wipe the current one and start over?
I have already tried deleting the onpremise folder and the docker container (stopped and deleted them), that didn’t work and my instance was the same.
How do I completely wipe/reset Sentry? Everyhting, users, just like the current instance never even existed?
