Migrating from legacy to organization JIRA integration

I have an On-Premise installation that I’ve upgraded from 9.0 to 9.1.2.
I have projects with legacy JIRA integration, and quite a few links to JIRA issues.
Is there any way to move this data to the new organization integration?
